| I was completely miserable, I wasn’t sleeping or eating, my anxiety took over and I couldn’t concentrate. It was at this point that I realized I was not coping and really needed to deal with the emotion as my life was falling apart and sought Nadia’s help.
After my first day of coaching, I slept my first full night’s sleep, that was heaven in itself. Nadia was my solace and through coaching it was like a shroud lifted off my body and I was free. | I was in a relationship for four and a half years. We met when I was 17 and he was 18. We grew up together, we even bought an apartment together, but as the years went by we slowly grew apart. |

It got to the point where we were in the relationship just to be in it. We were in the comfort zone. Don’t get me wrong, we had our good times together but it just wasn’t enough to keep the fire burning.
On our four and a half year anniversary he ended it. I was devastated. I guess I never thought it was going to happen and I definitely didn’t know how to handle something as huge as this. A break up can cost you your happiness, security, confidence and rationality. I let it happen to me. I was miserable. How could he leave me? Why didn’t he love me anymore? Was there someone else? I needed answers.
That’s when I found Nadia. Nadia was able to provide me with answers. She helped me realise that he was not the one for me, the relationship was not the best I would ever find and I could do so much better. More importantly, Nadia made me realise that I wasn’t going to die from a broken heart.
From the first moment you meet Nadia you are greeted with a warm and genuine smile. Her friendly yet professional approach makes the atmosphere very comfortable and familiar. Within the first ten minutes I felt I had known Nadia for years. She really makes the effort to understand you and her overall approach is somewhat fascinating.
During the consultation, Nadia brought me back to Planet Earth. When we are in a relationship we can be blinded by love or what we think is love at the time. It is not until afterwards when you can look back with an unbiased view and really understand what was going on. I discovered that the person I was while dating my ex was not me. I had allowed him to control my life so much that I forgot who I was. Nadia helped me find myself again. She has transformed me from a downward spiralling sad case to a super positive chick with a can do anything attitude. Now I can live my life how I want and not through someone else’s eyes. I know what I want and I’m happier than I ever thought I could be. Nadia has taught me that with every end there comes a beginning.
The consultations with Nadia was the best step I could have taken to my now brilliant life and she has really opened my eyes to the endless possibilities that life has to offer and to accept that things happen for a reason and sometimes beyond our control but if we keep a positive mind frame we are able to jump every hurdle and in the end win the race!
